POSITION OVERVIEW - 

As a marketer for MB Creative, you will develop social media strategies and implement them for multiple clients a part of our social media marketing subscription. Ultimately, you should be self motivated, creative and highly organized. Deadlines are crucial around here. At MB - Creative, we primarily work with feminine-styled businesses such as Salon Owners, Hair Stylists, Wedding Industry Experts and other Creatives. If this is not your cup of tea, need not apply. This is a 1099 position, working up to 20 hours per week.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - 

• Develop, implement and manage multiple clients' social media strategies
• Define important social media KPIs
• Edit & Create Instagram Reels
• Create captivating copy and make use of meaningful visuals
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Provide a monthly social media report for each client
• Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools such as Planoly and other platforms.
• Provide constructive feedback

MUST HAVES - 

• 2–5 years of professional experience in the marketing field (however we value your skills & portfolio over schooling or experience)
• High-level proficiency in Canva 
• Strong organizational skills (and as obsessed with meeting deadlines as we are)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of social media best practice, techniques, and tools, and how to adapt them for different industry needs & client KPIs
• Self-motivated mindset with a positive attitude
• Excels in a team-based environment
