Once you've filled out the application form, first things first - let's get to know each other! We will schedule a Zoom call, or if we're local we'll meet at your favorite coffee shop and goals, brand, timeline & more.
We'll discover what next steps you need to take to get your 'Top of Stair' Moment together.
The Preparation

It's a big 'yes' from you? Excellent! After I've we've dealt with the necessary documents like the contract, proposal and invoice (and had a little party to celebrate becoming an MB Creative Client) you have a little Client Homework to do.
Once completed, we'll start discussing a strategy for the next phase of our time together.

01. Why should I choose you for reoccurring services?
Yes! Every business we encounter has it's own voice. Your voice is incredibly important to us and we promise to keep it a consistent and cohesive experience for your followers and supporters across all social media accounts. It should be as if you "never left."
02. Will is sound like me?
Yes! We highly suggest having all three social services made into your own custom package. The most services you add to a package, the more you save! Reach out to us so we can create a custom quote just for you!
03. Can I combine services?
The short answer, YES! We would love to set you up for success and send you on your way! This is a very intensive program but we are ready if you are! Learn how to professionally batch create content, attract your ideal clients, and have a feed you can be confident in!
04. Can you coach me to do it myself?
At Marisa Burgett - Creative Services, we do not promise things we cannot deliver. Social Media Management is the long game. You will not get overnight results with these packages. You have to be ready to long term invest in yourself and your business if you want to see bottom line results. Social Media is constantly changing and we have to change with it. What you did when you first started your business is likely not to work now. We are up to date on all the newest algorithms.
05. Will I get followers overnight?
You can choose to do monthly payments on the 1st or 15th. Each client who starts an account with us is charged a set up fee so we can ensure that our team is paid for the time it takes to set up a new account. This is a one time fee. If you have been a customer in the past and decide to suspend services, you will not have to pay this again.
