It's a big 'yes' from you? Excellent! After I've we've dealt with the necessary documents like the contract, proposal and invoice (and had a little party to celebrate becoming an MB Creative Client) you have a little Client Homework to do.
Once completed, we'll start discussing a strategy for the design phase together.

01. Why should I choose you for design services?
Whilst we definitely have a feminine & elegant style (which is our speciality), we want to ensure that your brand doesn't just reflect you but also speaks to your dream clients. Because ultimately, that's whose heads we need to get turning. This is why we do a strategy session before we start designing so we can reflect the mission, vision, and values into the visuals of your new brand & website.
02. You have a clear style, will my brand look like everyone else's?
Yes! We highly suggest having all three social services made into your own custom package. The most services you add to a package, the more you save! Reach out to us so we can create a custom quote just for you!
03. Do you recommend a particular package for me?
The short answer, not really. Whilst I offer coaching services to help you in whatever area of your business that you are struggling in, the technical expertise needed to design an entire brand can not just be taught through coaching sessions. If you want to move away from the DIY image and gain a luxury reputation, trusting your brand to our team at MB Creative Agency is the way forward.
04. Can you coach me to do it myself?
At Marisa Burgett - Creative Services, we do not promise things we cannot deliver. Building a luxury reputation is is the long game. You will not get overnight results with these packages. You have to be ready to long term invest in yourself and your business if you want to see bottom line results. However, having the elevated foundations needed to support this pursuit is what gives you what you need to build trust - and in turn the reputation - from day one with your dream clients.
05. Will I get sign new clients overnight?
You can choose to do monthly payments on the 1st or 15th. Each client who starts an account with us is charged a set up fee so we can ensure that our team is paid for the time it takes to set up a new account. This is a one time fee. If you have been a customer in the past and decide to suspend services, you will not have to pay this again.
06. What are the payment due dates?
You know the one we’re talking about from all the romantic on-screen masterpieces!
