HoneyBook helps creative entrepreneurs and freelancers stay on top of their client work with top of the line project management. To add onto that, best of all, invoicing tools are also included. Imagine putting allll of your automated tasks for clients in one spot. That is HoneyBook.

This very website is hosted on Showit! In fact, all of my client websites are on Showit, too! It is one of the simplest + in my opinion the best option to build your website on. With endless design ability and the powerful hosting that is already included in your plan… it’s a no brainer! If you’re looking to get off of Squarespace or WordPress – Showit will level up your website game.
One of my recent additions to the family is ClickUp! One of my newest, yet still favorite business tools of all time – ClickUp has allowed me to turn my documents, internal communication, and goal setting all in one spot! If you are looking to combine the power of Google Calendar, Drive, Trello, Slack, and much more all in one spot… ClickUp is just the right solution that you need to thrive!
I can’t even begin to sing praises about Teamup. Unrelated to ClickUp, Teamup provides one of the best shared calendars out there. From the powerful availability tools to ways to help you understand what your team is doing – Teamup is perfect for your next project!
I use OneNote to help keep all of my client work in once space! For my highest tier clients, this allows us to maintain a communal work space and a natural flow that is not intrusive with notifications – unlike most modern platforms. If you need a lowkey project management tool, this will be great for you.
If you are looking for the best way to automate sharing your Pins and growing your Pinterest account, check this bad boy out. Even though the UI may be a bit outdated (pssst… hire me Tailwind!) – don’t be intimidated! This is the cream of the crop to accelerate your Pinterest growth.
Want to make those super creative quizzes on your website? This is what you need! Better than Canva, better than dragging and dropping templates in Photoshop… I introduce to you Artboard Studio! I have not come across a better tool that lets you easily create mockups – at any scale. When presenting work to clients, it can be super helpful to allow them to visualize what they are getting — and this is the tool that can help to communicate that.
If you want some help getting started on one of these platforms, feel free to drop a comment or contact me! Always happy to chat 💬 business and help you grow. But I must also know… what is your favorite tool? What do you use to keep yourself sane?
